Perfect bread protection - our bags are made using undyed flax linen (the composition is 100% flax linen, with NO polyester or cotton added). Only 100% flax linen has natural antibacterial properties; a linen bag will protect your bread from mold and other fungi. You can place warm bread in linen bags without being worried about the mold.
Suitable for different types of bread – our bags come in different sizes, you can find a bag that’s right for your favorite bread: for buns and loafs, for baguettes, for home-made bread. Choose the right size!
Simple care and reliability - these bags are made of durable and thick fabric, they will serve you for many years. Wash the bags in the washing machine at 40 - 95 ° C. Iron them at high temperatures or don’t.
Uniqueness and versatility - our linen bags don’t have patterns on them, so if you’d like, you can decorate them with embroidery, monograms, appliqué or stamps. You can use bags for storing other products (nuts, cereals, dried fruits, dried herbs, etc.). Linen bags look beautiful and noble; you can use them as a gift wrapping.
The traditional quality - our linen bags are made in Russia at an old manufactory, all products are OEKO-TEX certified.
The delivery price for Germany is €7 for one box up to 30 kg. If your order consists of several boxes, e.g. Roman blinds with a mechanism, then the price rises proportionally to the number of boxes. Shipping costs for orders with Roman blinds - from 20€ for Germany, from 25€ for EU countries.

Delivery time for finished goods is 3-5 days in Germany, for the other EU-countries this time is 1-2 weeks, about 1 month - worldwide. If you have not received your order within this time, please check the tracking number you received on the carrier's website as soon as possible or contact us.
Often the courier delivers the parcel to the pickup point if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery. The parcel will wait about 2 weeks and then it will be sent back to the sender.
You may return your order within 30 days. The goods must not show any signs of use or be damaged. Once we have received the goods and checked them, we will refund your payment. Please inform us about the return by e-mail to alemiragroup@gmail.com.
Only in this case, we can guarantee you a prompt refund of your payment.
Please include the order number or invoice number in the accompanying return documents, so that we can quickly identify your order and refund your payment. Without this information, it is very difficult for us to identify the customer. If you have not received your payment within 14 days of sending your order back, please email us at alemiragroup@gmail.com and let us know.
If the goods are damaged, we are entitled to withhold part of the payment.
We will not cover the cost of the return.

We do not accept returns for personalized orders.
All orders that are marked “personalized”, we will tailor-make individually for each customer. It is unlikely that a personalized item with individual sizes will fit a new customer.
If you wish to place such an order, we ask that you enter the sizes very carefully when placing your order.
If a personalized item received has a defect or a defect surfaced during use, we will correct it free of charge, for example, if the tablecloth or curtains have become too short after washing. In this case, we will repair the product free of charge and cover all transportation costs. However, please note that if you have received the product and wish to make changes to the finished product, we will correct it for an additional charge and will not bear the transportation costs. We recommend that customers order fabric samples before ordering personalized goods.
